Report it as soon as you notice it — either through your resident portal account or by speaking to a member of the onsite team. We’ll repair any faulty items and replace anything damaged through normal wear and tear. If damage is caused by misuse or negligence, charges may apply in line with your tenancy agreement.
We’re committed to making your stay as smooth and stress-free as possible. To support this, we will:
- Repair any faulty items
- Replace items damaged through normal wear and tear during your stay
In return, we ask that you take good care of your Flow Student home and report any issues as soon as you become aware of them. Maintenance requests can be submitted through your account or by speaking to a member of the team at your property.

Any costs we incur for replacement items or external contractors will be passed on to you, but we will never charge more than the actual cost to us. If charges are applied after you have checked out, we will notify you by email with details of the charges.
