10% Off Room Rate Offer – Terms & Conditions

1. Offer

Book a Deluxe Double Studio at The Moor Studios and receive 10% off the room rate, subject to availability and these Terms & Conditions.

2. How the Offer Is Calculated

The discount will be calculated as 10% of the total room rent stated in the eligible tenancy agreement.

The discount applies to room rent only and does not apply to any deposit, additional services or other charges.

3. Eligibility

To qualify for the offer:

• The booking must be for a Deluxe Double Studio at The Moor Studios.
• The booking must be completed by 11:59pm on 12 October 2026.
• The booking must be a new booking made during the promotional period.
• The tenant must complete all required booking steps, including signing the tenancy agreement and making any required payments by the deadlines provided.
• The booking remains subject to availability and Flow Student’s standard booking terms and conditions.

The offer does not apply to any other room type or Flow Student property.

4. Applying the Discount

The 10% discount will be applied to the eligible booking and reflected in the tenant’s payment schedule or student account.

The discount has no cash value, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.

5. Other Promotions

This offer cannot be used alongside any other discount, promotion, cashback or incentive unless Flow Student confirms otherwise in writing.

6. Cancellations and Changes

If the booking is cancelled, transferred or amended so that it no longer meets the eligibility requirements, the discount may be withdrawn.

If the tenant does not comply with the terms of their tenancy agreement or fails to make the required payments, Flow Student reserves the right to remove the discount and recover its value.

7. Promotional Period

The promotion ends at 11:59pm on 12 October 2026.

Bookings that are incomplete or submitted after this deadline will not qualify for the offer.

8. General

Flow Student reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw this promotion at any time. Any change will not affect eligible bookings already completed before the change takes effect.

Flow Student’s decision regarding eligibility and the application of the offer is final.
